How travel advisors present itineraries
The itinerary is often the first time a client sees the shape of their journey. It should be easy to understand, easy to revisit, and unmistakably theirs.
Lead with the journey, not the admin
Put the destination, pace, and important moments first. Keep operational detail available without letting it overwhelm the experience.
Use structure to create calm
Clear days, useful locations, traveller-visible notes, and consistent naming help clients move through the plan with confidence.
Make feedback part of the presentation
A client should not need to start a separate thread to say what they love or what needs changing. Bring that response close to the itinerary itself.
